Downloaded timetables are cached, so the app keeps working without a connection. If a timetable cannot be reached and nothing is cached, times are calculated on the device instead of being left blank.
My times differ from my mosque by a few minutes. Published timetables often add a safety margin, and calculation methods disagree on the Fajr and Isha angles. Open Settings and pick the provider or method your mosque follows.
Reminders stopped arriving. Reminders are scheduled a week ahead each time you open the app. Open it again to top the queue back up, and check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings.
The wrong city is shown. Tap the place name in the header. With Kemenag or JAKIM that opens the city or zone picker; otherwise you can search for any place by name or refresh from GPS.
Times look wrong at high latitude. Use Settings → High latitudes to choose the rule your community follows.
